Hello! You may have stumbled upon this page or may have been a long time reader. However, I’d like to introduce myself. I’m Oliver Dylan and this is my publication Midwest Hymns. I’m a twenty-six year old artist and writer who has been working diligently since childhood to pursue my passion and life-force: creation.
I’ve written three full-length novels that are all in the process of editing and looking for publishing opportunities! I’m hoping to release them one-by-one in the coming year(s). Though my novels are proud achievements, I am at heart, a poet, having been raised by a mother who procured my talent and weaned it over my youth into articulate obsession. Alike my literary heroes; Arthur Rimbaud, Bob Dylan, Patti Smith, Joan Didion, to name just a few, I would like to dedicate my life to the pursuit of crafting words into meanings.
